VIP tier questions
How do I upgrade my VIP tier?
Submit a deposit request from your Wallet dashboard for at least the minimum deposit amount of the tier you want to reach. Once admin approves the deposit, your tier upgrades automatically and your reward multiplier applies to all future surveys.
When are weekly salary bonuses paid?
Salary bonuses are credited to your wallet every Monday for the previous week's activity, provided you completed all 10 daily tasks each day. Combo task #7 must also be completed to qualify.
Can admin override my limits?
Yes — admin can set per-user custom withdrawal limits and custom combo deposit amounts in special cases (e.g. high-volume members or support negotiations). These overrides take precedence over your tier's default.
