1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Marstocks SEO Marketing ("Marstocks", "we", "us", "our") at marstocks.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not create an account or use our services. We may update these terms periodically; continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Marstocks. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Marstocks is USA-based and serves members worldwide; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country regarding online surveys and cryptocurrency earnings. Some jurisdictions restrict or tax crypto income — you are solely responsible for reporting earnings to relevant tax authorities.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration: real name, valid email, country of residence, and a valid crypto wallet address. You may not register multiple accounts from the same person. Each account is tied to one unique referral code. You are responsible for keeping your password secure; Marstocks uses bcrypt hashing and cannot recover lost passwords. Suspicious accounts (fake names, throwaway emails, multiple accounts) may be suspended pending verification.

4. Survey Tasks & Rewards

Each day, members may complete up to 10 brand-perception surveys via the daily SPIN. Survey rewards are calculated as base reward (per brand) × VIP tier multiplier. The 7th task is a "combo task" requiring a refundable $200 deposit bond. The bond is refunded automatically upon completion of the combo survey. Completing all 10 daily tasks (including the combo) qualifies you for the weekly salary bonus credited every Monday based on your VIP tier ($50 Silver, $250 Gold, $1,000 Platinum). Marstocks reserves the right to reject surveys submitted with nonsensical answers, automated responses, or detected fraud — rejected surveys do not earn rewards.

5. VIP Tiers & Deposits

VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) unlock higher reward multipliers, larger daily withdrawal limits, weekly salary bonuses, and referral commissions. To upgrade, submit a deposit for at least the tier's minimum ($50, $300, $1,500, $5,000). Deposits are made in USDT, ETH, or BTC to wallet addresses assigned by admin. Marstocks is not responsible for funds sent to wrong networks (e.g. ERC20 to TRC20). Once admin confirms receipt of the deposit, your tier upgrades automatically. Deposits are non-refundable but become available as withdrawable wallet balance.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, ETH ERC20, or BTC) only. Submit a withdrawal request from your Wallet dashboard; the system enforces your daily withdrawal limit based on VIP tier or admin-assigned override. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin and typically approved within hours; large withdrawals may require additional verification. Marstocks is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses you provide — please verify your wallet address before each request. Minimum withdrawal is $20 USD equivalent.

7. Referral Program

Every member receives a unique referral code. When a new member registers using your code, you earn commission (8% Bronze up to 20% Platinum) on every survey reward the referred member earns — indefinitely. Commissions are credited to your wallet balance automatically when the referred member's survey is approved. Self-referrals and referrals from the same household/IP are not eligible for commission. Marstocks reserves the right to claw back commissions earned from fraudulent or non-active referred accounts.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys; (b) submit random or duplicate answers across surveys; (c) register multiple accounts from the same device or IP; (d) attempt to manipulate the spin wheel or exploit platform bugs; (e) share your account credentials with others; (f) engage in money laundering or sanctions evasion. Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban.

9. Account Suspension

Marstocks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show patterns of fraudulent activity, or attract chargebacks/disputes. Suspended accounts may appeal via support@marstocks.io or WhatsApp +1 323 492 0153. Permanently banned accounts forfeit any pending rewards and referral commissions; already-withdrawn funds are not affected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Marstocks is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of expected earnings due to platform downtime, maintenance, or survey availability. Our total liability is limited to the total rewards you have earned but not yet withdrawn at the time of any incident. We are not liable for cryptocurrency network failures, exchange rate fluctuations, or third-party wallet issues.

11. Privacy

Your use of Marstocks is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform: name, email, country, wallet address, survey answers, and transaction history.
