1. Information We Collect

Marstocks SEO Marketing collects only the information necessary to operate the platform and process your rewards. Specifically: (a) Registration data: your name, email, country, and chosen password (stored as a bcrypt hash, never in plaintext). (b) Wallet data: your crypto wallet addresses (USDT, ETH, BTC) for processing deposits and withdrawals. (c) Survey data: your submitted answers to brand-perception surveys, stored with timestamps. (d) Transaction data: deposit and withdrawal records, amounts, currencies, and statuses. (e) Communications data: chat messages with our admin team and any contact-form submissions. (f) Technical data: IP address, user agent, and login timestamps for security and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to: (a) operate your account and process survey rewards; (b) process your VIP tier deposits and withdrawals; (c) credit referral commissions to referrers; (d) communicate with you about account activity, platform updates, and support requests; (e) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse; (f) comply with legal obligations in the United States and your country of residence. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure; you accept this inherent risk by using online services.

5. Cookies

Marstocks uses a single session cookie (named MARSTOCKS_SID) to keep you logged in. This cookie contains only your session ID — no personal data is stored in the cookie itself. The cookie expires after 12 hours of inactivity or when you log out. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. Tailwind CSS is loaded from a CDN (cdn.tailwindcss.com); this CDN may log standard request headers per its own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements (audit logs are kept for 24 months); (d) export your transaction history; (e) object to processing for direct marketing (we don't do direct marketing). 7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except: (a) transaction records retained for 7 years for tax/audit compliance; (b) audit logs retained for 24 months; (c) survey answer data is aggregated and anonymized after deletion, retaining only the statistical insights already shared with brand partners.

8. Children's Privacy

Marstocks is not directed to individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from someone under 18, contact us immediately at support@marstocks.io and we will delete the data within 7 days.

9. International Users

Marstocks is USA-based but serves members in over 70 countries. By using our services, you understand that your data will be processed on servers located in the United States, subject to US data protection laws. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email to all active members at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Marstocks after a change is effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
